Approved Tier 0 demonstration RFQ. The buyer requests a written response covering scope, unit or project specification, lead time, delivery to Klang, exclusions and quotation validity. Suppliers should state the documents they can provide and any site or sample check needed before a firm price. This record tests discovery and response flows; it is not a live purchasing instruction and no real buyer identity is disclosed.
